contemplated by the parties in their Mediation Aqreement and ~
that, while the Court could not prohibit either party from

applyinq for AFDC or such other governmental fundsr the parties i
have been advised by this Court that a findinq of a material I,
change in circumstances would be necessary for this Court to
alter the Mediation Agreement of the parties and order either
party to be responsible for support not contemplated by the
; Mediation Agreement, and that this Court would so provide a
caveat to any provider of benefits in this Final Judqment.

~ ORDERED ANO ADJUDGED as follows:

~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between FLLOYD
F ~
~ McPHEE and NELLIE LEYERNE McPHEE be and the same is hereby

~ dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
~
~ freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between

` them and from the obliqations arising therefrom.
2. MEDIATION AGREEMENT: The Mediation Aqreement
heretofore filed in this cause is hereby adopted and
~ incorporated by reference into this Final Judgment, and the

~ parties are ordered to comply With the terms and conditions of
