3. CAVEAT TO PROVIDER OF BENEFITS FOR MINOR CHILDREN:
This Court specifically puts any provider of benefits for the
minor children on notice that there is an existinq Mediation
Aqreement, wherein the parties are sharinq custody and neither
party is paying support to the other party for the minor
children of the parties and, therefore, any provider of
benefits is at risk based upon the terms set forth in the
Mediation Agreement and it is the ruling of this court that
neither party shall be responsible for the payment of child
~ support for the minor children unless and until there has been
i
i a material change in circumstances of the parties watranting a
f
~ modification of this Final Judgment and the Mediation
s
~ Agreement.
j 4. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
~ parties hereto, is retained for the entry of such further
~

~ orders as may be proper.
