and the parties having entered into a Property Settlement
~ Agreement, and the Court being otherwise fully and well advised
in the premises, finds and determines: that the Wife has been a

j permanent resident of St. Lucie County for more than six months

next preceding the filing of this action; that the garties were

~ married February 14, 1970; that the marriage between the parties

is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved; that there are

no minor children born as issue of the marriage; it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the

parties is hereby dissolved and each party is hereby freed from

; the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from

i the obligations resulting therefrom.
