2. PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT: The Separation and
Property Settlement entered into by the parties on December 28,
1989 and admitted into evidence herein is incorporated in this
Final Judgment and the parties are ordered to comply with the
provisions thereof .
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be consistent herewith.
