SEPARATION AND PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREF~lENT
This Agreement entered into this day of
19~by and between DIANE R. FLANIGEN, hereinafter referred to as
"Wife" and A. EDWIN FLANIGEN, hereinafter referred to as
"Husband", and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto are now Husband and Wife having
lawfully married each other on February 14, 1970 in West Palm
Beach, Florida, and
WHEREAS, there are no minor children of the marriage, and
WHEREAS, matrimonial differences have arisen between the
parties and they now desire to live separate and apart from each
other, and
WHEREAS, both parties have the desire and intention that ~

their relationship with respect to property and financial mat- ~
ters, alimony and spousal support be finally settled by this V~

Agreement in order to settle all respective present and future W

property rights, claims and demands in such manner that any ac- W~ m

tion in respect to the rights and obligations of either past, Z 0 W

present or future of either party with respect to the other be

; finally and conclusively settled and determined by this Agree- ~

; NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the

~ mutual promises and undertakings herein contained and other good

~ and valuable considerations, the parties agree as follows:
~ 1. SEPARATION. The Husband and Wife shall hereafter until

f both parties agree otherwise, live separate and apart f rom each
~
~ other free from interference of the other. Each party agrees not
t

~ to annoy, harass, molest or otherwise come about the person or
f
place of the other except as provided for herein or unless upon
the express invitation of the other.
~ 2. MARITAL HOME. It is hereby agreed that the Wife shall
; have exclusive use and possession of the marital home located at

~ 804 South 40th Court, Fort Pierce, Florida 34947 and all f urni-

~
~ ture, furnishings, fixtures and household goods contained
