The Wife's entitlement to sole exclusive use and pos- i ~ session of the marital home shall continue until the marital home is sold and the Wife shall be entitled to the entire proceeds theref rom. The Husband agrees to execute any and all documents reasonably necessary to convey his interest in the marital home to the wife or her designee within f ive ( 5) days of a request for such conveyance by the Wife. 3. SUPPORT. The Husband shall pay as support to the Wife, the sum of $1,140.00 each and every month until the above described marital home is sold, beginning the first Friday after the execution of this document. 4. DEBTS. Neither party shall hereinafter contract in the name of the other party or subject the other party to liability for any debts from this date forward. The Wife shall be respon- sible for the household expenses of the marital home with the ex- ception of any necessary repairs and replacements in excess of $100.00 which will be split equally between the parties. 5. PERSONAL PROPERTY. Besides all personal property lo- cated within the marital home, the Wife shall be entitled to ex- clusive use, ownership and possession of the 1988 Pontiac Grand i Am of the parties. The Husband shall be entitled to exclusive ~ i use, ownership and possession of the 1978 Jaguar and the 1978 MG ; automobile. ; 6. LAWN CARE. Until the marital home is sold, the Husband ~ shall be responsible for lawn care of the marital home including e ~ ~ mowing and trimming and the Husband is permitted to be on the ~ premises of the marital home for such purposes. ~ ` 7. RECONCILIATION. The parties recognize the possibility ~ ~ of reconciliation. However, it is their intention that any ~ I ~ reconciliation in no way shall abrogate or affect the provisions ,r' ' € I of this agreement concerning the settlement and disposition of property rights between the parties and respect to realty and pe rsonalty as set f orth in this agreement. ~ ~ ~ ~ 8. MODIFICATION.
