In the event of any breach of ~his agreement, the def aulting party shall be responsible to the other party for all attorneys fees and costs incurred in the enforce- ment of this agreement including through appellate proceedings. 10. EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS: The parties agree to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate the terms of this Agreement upon the reguest of the other party within f ive ( 5) days of the aate of such request . ' 11. MUTUAL RELEASE: Each party hereby releases the other from all claims, demand, dues, debts, alimony, support and rights to cause of action up to the date of this Agreement other than the rights which arise and accrue hereunder. Each party hereby irrevocably releases and relinquishes all claims, rights and interests to which the other party may have or hereafter acquire in any property, real or personal or remits to the other party except as otherwise provided herein and each party represents that all said property real, personal or mixed ' ~I owned b~ the parties or either of them at the time of their separation has heretofore been equitably divided and apportioned between them as set farth herein and each party hereby ratifies and affirms that divisicn except as otherwise provided herein. ~ Each party waives and relinquishes and releases all of the , rights that he or she may now have or may hereaf ter acquire as the other party's spouse in the present or future laws of any ~ jurisdiction: ~ f ~ a.
