THIS CAUSE, having come before the Cou~t for final
hearing, the Court having considered the evidence and argument of
counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the gremises finds
as fc~llows :
1. That the parties were married on or about June 24,
1971.
2. That a Petition For Dissolution of Marriage was filed
and served on the Husband in St. Lucie County on September 6,
1989, and in Polk County on September 12, 1989.
3. That a default was entered by the Clerk in this cause ~

on October 16, 1989.
4. That, prior to the hearing, the Husband had spoken ~

with the Wife and indicated he had no intentions of attending the '
` final hearing in this regard. ~ ~
