That prior *o the separation the parties had approximately $28,000.00 in savings, which sums were taken by the Husband. The Wife in open court waives any claim to those monies and considers those monies as part of the settlement of the parties' interests. 7. That the parties own certain real property located at 7894 Palomar Street, Lakewood Park, Fort Pierce, Florida, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: I Lot 11, Block 21, LAREWOOD PARR, UNIT 3, ~ according to the plat thereof, as recorded in j Plat Book 10, page 63, of the public records of ~ St. Lucie County, Florida, f ~ hereinafter referred to as the marital home. There is an t ~ ~ outstanding mortgage encumbering the marital home in the amount ~ of $60,000.00 and the approximate value of the property is ~ ~ $69,000.00, thus the Court finds an equity interest in the ~ marital home of $9,000.00. The Court finds the Wife is entitled ~ ~ to the marital home as a part of the equitable dis*ribution of ~ ~ the assets. ~ 8. That the Wife is entitled to the exclusive ownership a ~ and/or possession and control of the following described vehicles, to-wit: 1985 Ford Bronco; 1975 Chevrolet pick-up; 1977 Dodge van. 9.
