by the Ausband or prohibiting tha~ the Husband be under the
influence of alcoholic beverages at any t~me while he exercises
his visitation rights as provided herein.
10. The Courti finds that the marriage is irretrievably
broken.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS F4LLOWS:
A. That the bonds of marriage between the Husband, JIMMY
BINRLEY, and the Wife, PATTY BINRLEY, be and the same are hereby
dissolved.
B. As anc] part of the equitable distribution of the
assets of the parties, the Wife shall receive exclusive ownership
~I and possession of the following properties:
'r 1. The marital residence located at 7894 Palomar

j Street, Lakewood Park, Fort Pierce, Florida, more particularly

described as follows, to-wit:

; Lot 11, Block 21, LAKEWOOD PARK, UNIT 3, according
€ to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10,
~ page 63; of the public records of St. Lucie
; County, Florida.

~ 2. Those certain motor vehicles described as

~ follows: 1985 Ford Bronco; 1975 Chevrolet pick-up; 1977 Dodge
~ van.
~ C. The Wife shall be responsible for any payments and

. obligations with regard to the above-described properties and
shall hold the Husband harmless therefrom. Pursuant to Rule
1.570(D) RCP, this judgment shall have the effect of a duly

~ executed conveyance transferring to the Wife any and all right,
~
~ title and interest the Husband may have in and to the above
~ described real and personal properties.
