The Courti finds that the marriage is irretrievably broken. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS F4LLOWS: A. That the bonds of marriage between the Husband, JIMMY BINRLEY, and the Wife, PATTY BINRLEY, be and the same are hereby dissolved. B. As anc] part of the equitable distribution of the assets of the parties, the Wife shall receive exclusive ownership ~I and possession of the following properties: 'r 1. The Wife shall be responsible for any payments and ; . obligations with regard to the above-described properties and shall hold the Husband harmless therefrom.
