~ D. The custody of the minor children of the parties,
CASEY BINKLEY and TERESA BINRLEY, is granted to the Wife and the
Wife shall have the primary physical residence of said minor
children. The Husband shall have reasonable rights of visitation
in accordance with the standard St. Lucie County guidelines
attached hereto. Provided, however, that the Husband shall not
be entitled to exercise any given visitation if he has consumed
alcoholic beverages prior to the visitation and the Wife shall
have the right to refuse visitation to the Husband if she
reasonably believes that the Husband has consumed alcoholic
beverages prior to the visitation or has consumed alcoholic
beverages during visitation on prior occasions and the Wife will
' not be held in contempt for such refusal. The C~ourt specifically

; reserves jurisdiction to modify and curtail the Husband's

visitations if the Husband consumes alcoholic beverages during
~ the exercise of his visitation with the children.
~ D. As and for child support for the minor children of
~
~ the parties the Husband shall pay child support in the amount of
~ $50.00 per week per child until each child reaches the age of

~ eighteen or becomes otherwise emancipated, upon which event the
~
€
~ support for that child shall terminate. Said payments shatl
~
~
~ commence on the ~ day of , 1990, and continue
thereafter as provided herein. The c support payments shall ~
be made through the Clerk of Court, together with any applicable
clerk's fees.
s E. As a part of the equitable distribution of the

~ marital assets the Ausband shall be entitled to retain as his
