the fourth weekend. In the event of cancellation of summer
vacation, 30 days prior notice shall be given.
a. If summer school is necessary for the child to pass to
the next grade, it must be attended. In the event of summer
schoal attendance, the summer vacation for non-custodial parent
will be adjusted to commence after summer school.
Each parent shall keep the other parent advised at all times
of the residence address and phone numbers while the child is in
their custody. Each parent is to notify the other parent
immediately fno later than six hours) of any emergency pertaining
to said child.
3. SUPPORT. Comr~encing on Friday, January 19, 2990, and

E 4. PAYMENTS. Each payment of support shall be made to the

~ Clerk of the Circuit Court, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,

I; The child support payments ordered herein are subject to
: further orders of this Court for income deductions pursuant to
5ection 61.181, Florida Statutes 1984. Upon the payment of any I
support ordered herein becoming delinquent more than thirty (30)
' days, the Wife shall promptly apply for an Order of income
deduction, if appropriate, or enforce the terms of this Order by
any civil or criminal remedies available by law.
4. MARITAL SSTTLEMENT AGREF~k1ENT: The Marital Settlement
Agreement executed by the parties on 9th day of November, 1989,
