FIRST: At the time of the execution of this Stipulation and ~

Agreement, the parties are living separate and apart and shall 4
hereafter live separate, each being freed of any and all marital y

responsibilities and duties to each other as if the parties were '

single and unmarried, except as otherwise more particularly set ;

f ' forth in this Stipulation and Agreement. Neither party shall ~
i hereafter annoy, harass, ar interfere with the life, business, or ~

; personal affairs of the other. ;

~ SECOND: The shared parental ~esponsibility for the care and !

i control of the minor child of the parties, to-wit: RYLE ROWAND, ~ ~

~ d/o/b February 27, 1985 shall be with the Husband and the Wife, ! ~

; ' with the primary physical residence of the minor child being with j ;

~ the Wife, subject to reasonable visitation of the Husband; ;

provided, however, that said visitation shall not disrupt the i

normal home environment and future schooling of the minor child. ;

~ Not as a limitation, but as a minimum access and contact, the

' Husband has the right to visit with the n:inor child at all times ~
~ upon which the parties can mutually agree and as follows: j
~ 1. WBBRENDS. Non-custodial parent--every other weekend--- '1
.;5:00 p.m. Friday, return 7:00 g.m. on following Sunday. '
' '.Wednesday--~:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on the weex not having ~
