Both the Husband and the Wife shall exercise, in the utmost

:~of good faith, his or her best efforts at all times to encourage
and foster the maximum relations of love and affection between
the minor child and the mother and father. Neither parent shall
in any way impede, obstruct, or interfere with the exercise by
the other of his or her right of companionship with the minor
child, and neither of them at any time shall in any manner
disparage or criticize the other parent, nor allow any other ;
person to do so, to or in the presence of said minor child. When !
i ~the child is with the other parent, that parent with whom the

f child is not with, shall have open, but reasonable rights of

i telephonic communication with the child at ali times. ~

Each party shall at all times keep the other party advised

'p as to where the minor child shall be, whether during visitation

~ or otherwise, and provide the other party a telephone number i

~ where the child may be reached.
