SIXTSENTH: Modification or waiver of any of the provisions .

Stipulation and Agreement. Failure of either party to insist .

any subsequent default of the same or similar nature. Both
parties agree that each provision of this Stipulation and '

SEVENTEENTH: Each party agrees to and shall at any time or ;
times hereafter, without further consideration and without
