March, 1989, and the Court havinq aiven full consideration to the pleadings and to the evidenre and the testimony, and finding that it has jutisdiction of the s~bjecfi matter and of the parties, and ' ~ that the H~sband was person~zlly served wit~h process and that a defaUlt was duly entered agajnst him and that he was qiven : ; notice of the ~'inal Fiearing and that the Husband attended the ; t Final Hearing and testified and q~~ve evidence; and the Court ~ findir~g that a reconciliation cannot be made between the parties; ~ and the Court being otherwise f~lly advised in the premises, it ~ is thereupon, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ 1. Dissolution of Marriage: That the marriage between the I parties, ROBERT LAVERNE WILLIS and RACHAEL MICHELGE BOOZER WIL- ~i LIS, is hereby ardered dissolved, a vinculo, and the parties and i ~ each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony :k ; heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising ~ therefrom. 4 2.
