! (d) Shared Parental Responsibility: As defined

sibility over specific aspects of the child's welfare as fqllows:

~ parent; education; medical, denta: and other remedial care, both

~ emergency and elective, discipline and r~les of cond~ct;

~ recreational planning and participatian. The Court finds said

~ assignment or responsibilities to b~ necessary in this particular

r family and to be in the best interests of the minor child.
(e) Other than as set forth herein~, the parties shall
