3. Child Support: Upon receiving evidence that the

Husband makes s~fficient income to pay child support, The Wife is ~

also awarded child support, ~nd the Husband, the non c~stodial
parent, is ordered to pay child su~pcrt to the Wife in the amount
of 5~6.35 per child per week together with a 3$ Cl~rk's fee on
the total amount beinq paid, beginning on Friday, March 24th,
1989, and on the same day of each respective time period until
- said child shall become eighteen (181 years of age, shall die,
ma~rry or become self supportinq, whictiever first oc:curs. Each
child support payment sha?1 be made in cash, by money order or

cashier's check made payable t~ the Clerk of Circuit Court at ~

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that both parties shall promptly ~

address and residence address, and all changes in the name and
