TEMPORARY ORDER ;
THIS CAUSE having c~me before the Court on the Wife' s
Motion for Temporary Relief and the parties having appeared and
. agreed to the terms hereof and the Court beinR otherwise fully
and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGF.D as follows: '
1. PRIMARY PkYSICAL RESIDENCE. The Wife shall have
the te~porary primary phy$ical residence of the child of the
parties~ DIEDRE LEANNE EDWARDS~ d.o.b. 2/19/82, sub~ect to shared
parental responsibility with the Husband. The Husband shall have
reasonable rights of visitation.
2. CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing on the lst day of
f August, 1989~ the Husband shall pay, as and for temporary child
~ support, the sum of $500.00 per month. Said sum shall continue

' until further Order of this Court. In addition. each such
~ payment shall be accompanied by S5.00 as and for etatutory fees~

~ for a total payment of $~05.00 per month.

~ Each paymene shall be paid to Che Central
~
~ Governmental Depository, Post Office Box 700~ Fort Pierce,
' Florida~ 34954~ and by it remitted promptly to the Wife. All
~
~ payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
~
~ Each payment shall include the Husband's name, eocial security
number and the case number of this case.
Each of the parties is ordered to keep the Clerk of
; thi~ Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at
~
~
~ all times while this Order is in effect.
