THIS MATTER coming on for hearing on March 7, ~-989, ar~~ the:-
~ Court finding that the Court has jurisdiction over the parties •
and the subject matter, and the parties are married and the
marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved, and the
parties have entered into a Marital Settlement Agreement which
should be ratified and approv~d, and in consideration thereof it
is
ADJUDGED:
1. The marriage betk~een DOLORES N. CHRISTY and DENNIS R.
CHRISTY is hereby dissolved and they are forever freed from the
~ bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and they are
' restored to the status of single persons.

2. The Marital Settlement Agreement entered into between
' the parties is hereby ratified and confirmed and the parties are
~ ordered to com 1 with the terms and conditions of the a reement.

~ 3. The parties are the parents of two children, one of whom
4 is a minor child, ~
~
~ ~ and both parents shall have shared parental responsibility
~ and retain full parental rights of the child. The primary
_
physical resfdence of the child shall be with the Wife, with
frequent and continuing contact to the Husband. The Court
retains jurisdiction to enter a specific visitation schedule if
,
~ the parties do not agree on a schedule.

s The parties shall confer with respect to all major decisions
~ affecting the welfare of their child so ~hat such decision shall
