The marriage betk~een DOLORES N. CHRISTY and DENNIS R. CHRISTY is hereby dissolved and they are forever freed from the ~ bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and they are ' restored to the status of single persons. f 2. The Marital Settlement Agreement entered into between ' the parties is hereby ratified and confirmed and the parties are ~ ordered to com 1 with the terms and conditions of the a reement. ~ P Y 9 ~ ~ 3. The parties are the parents of two children, one of whom 4 is a minor child, ~ ~ ~ ~ and both parents shall have shared parental responsibility ~ and retain full parental rights of the child. The primary _ physical resfdence of the child shall be with the Wife, with frequent and continuing contact to the Husband.
