promptly of any serious illness or accident befalling the child.
Both parties shall be entitle~ to authorize emergency medical
treatment for the minor child.
Each party shall use all reasonable efforts to maintain free
access and to create a feeling of affection between themselves
and the minor child; neither party shall do anything to hamper
the natural development of the child's love and respect for the
other party. Both parties, while the minor child is residing
with them, shall make all reasonable efforts to facilitate
communication between the other party and the minor child by
telephone and mail.

f Court of Saint Lucie County, Florida, and by him rernitted
! promptly to the Wife. In addition, the Husband shall pay the

E are to be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Each
~ party shall complete the Memorandum to Clerk on the form provided

~ by the Clerk and both of the parties are ordered to kesp the

~ Clerk of this Court and the Department of Health & Reflabilitative
~ Services advised of their mailing and residence addresses and all
~
changes in the name and address of his or her employer at all
times.
