shall be reimbursed by the Husband. Failure of the Husband to ~

appear before the Clerk of this Court or HRS after being properly '
summoned, shall be deemed in contempt of Court and punished as
such.
c:' The•child support payments ordered herein are subject to ~
further orders of this Court for income deduction pureuant to
Section 61.181, Florida Statutes (1984). Upon the pt~yment of any
support ordered herein becoming delinquent more than thirty (30)
days, the Clerk of this Court or the Depa~rtment of Health and
Rehabilitative Services shall promptly apply for an Order of
Income Deduction, if appropriate, or enforce the terms of this
Order by any civil or criminal remedies available by laa.
d. All procedures for enforcement o~ child support payments
and income deductions shall be processed through the Wife's
attorney or by the Child Supp~ort Enforcement Unit, Department of
Health and Rehabilitative Services, 1102 S. U.S. Highway #1, Fort
Pierce, Florida 34940, Phone Number {407) 468-4084.
i 5. The court reserves-jurisdiction over the partie~ and
j subject matter for the entry of such orders, judgments, and
~ process as the court deems proper.
