JOHNSON, Wife, and CHRISTOPHER JOHNSON, Husband. / FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court this 6th day of July, 1989, and the Court having given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has juris- diction of teh parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between LAURA R. JOHNSON, Wife, and CHRISTOPHER JOHNSON, Husband, be, and the same ~ is hereby dissolved, and the parties ard each of them are herehy ~ forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between F them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~ 2. SOLE PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY. The Wife, LAURA JOHNSON, ~ ~ shall have the sole parental responsibility for the minor child, ~ ; AMY LYNN JOHNSON, born September 30, 1988, with rights of visitation ' reserved to the Husband but restricted to the presence of the Wife. 3, SUPPORT. The Husband shall pay to the Wife, as support for the minor child of the parties, the sum of $100.00 each week, said payments to commence on the 7th day of July, 1989 and continuing ~ ~ each week thereafter until the emancipation, obtainment of majority. ~ marriage or death of the minor child. F.ach payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to the wife.
