shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both
parties are ardered to keep ttie Clerk of this Court advised
of their mailing and residence addresses at all times whil~ this
Order is in effect.
4. MEDICAL INSURANCE. Tt~e Iiusband shall maintain the minor
child of the parties on his policy of inedical insurance and party
shali be responsible for onc-half of any and all medically related
expen~es incurred by the minor child and not covered by said policy.
5. DEBTS. The Husband shall be solely responsibie for the
. outstanding obligation to Zales Jewelers, the Florida National Bank
loan incurred in the name of the taife and for any liability arising
out of Case No. 89-1409-SP-08 zn the County Court of St. Lucie County, .
Florida filed by Jean LaVoie and Therese LaVoie. In addition, the
Husband shall be solely resp~nsible for all outstanding medical

obligations incurred for the benefit of the minor child.
6. ARREARAGES. The Husband shall pay to the Wife, the
sum of ~1,450.Q0 representing one-half of the Husband's charges
on the Wife's American Express card, one-half of the outstanding
i obligation to the Wife's Mother, Caroline Dohrer and medical
~
~ expenses incurred by the minor child and not covered by the Husband~s
i
policy of inedical insurance, all of which the Husband wss ordered
' to pay pursuant to this Court's Order entered April 1, 1989. The

~ Husband shall pay said amount by paying the Wife the sum of #50.00
i per week commencing Friday, July 14, 1989 and continuinq each Friday

~ thereafter until said sum is paid in full,
~ 7. AUTOMOBILES. The Wife shall have the full use and

~ possession of the 198? Isuzu I-Mark automobile tftled in her sole
~
~
' name and shall be so2ely responsible for the outstanding indebtedness
incurred in the purchase thereof.
The Husband shall have the exclusive use and possession of
' the 19~@ Isuzu Pup titled in the joint names of the parties and shall
