- THIS CAUSE came be€ore this Court on March 27, 1989, and the ~

court having heard the testimony of the parties and bsing '
~
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon ~
i
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Petitioner, GEORG~TTE R. BRAGUE, shall have the `
;
primary physical residence of the parties' minor child, JESSICA
~RAGUE, subject to the following visitation rights of the
Respondent: Every other weekend from Friday aiternoon until
i ,
; Sunday afternoon, such visitation to be exercised only in the
; presence of one or both of the paternal grandparents.
i
~ 2. Commencing March 31, 1989 and continuing on Friday of
~
each succeeding week, the Respondent, DAVID BRAGUE, shell pay to
e
~ the Petitioner, GEORGETTE BRAGUE, the sum of $50.00 per we~k as

~ and for child support. Said payments shall be made to the
~ Clerk of the Court and by him remitted promptly to the
r
~ Petitioner, GEORGETTE R. BRAGUE. In addition, there is hereby
~ assessed the statutory cost of $1.00 to be added to each payment
made to the Clerk, All payments shall be made in cash, money
` order or cashier's check at the Cashier's office at St. Lucie
County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida. Money orders or
` cashier's checks may be mailed to Douglas Dixon, C2erk, Child
~

Support Section, P. O. Box 700, Fort Pierce, FL 34954, and should
~ contain the case number 89-442-FR-11 in the lower left-hand

~ corner of the money order or cashier's check. Both parties are
~
