Section 462(e) of the Title N-A of the Social Security Act that the Departa~ent of Labor
and F~loyment Secvrity shall deduet and withhold frexn the UnemploymenC Ccx~ensation or
the ama~t of child support as ordered above ~ k~hiche~~er equals the greater aarnmt but does
not exceed the ca~t ordered support ~r~cnmt,

due from the Respc~dent to the Petitianer, if any, as reimbursern~nt for past 1~'DC paya~e~nts
received by or an behalf of the child(ren) named herein.
7. Adciitianally, it is further ordered that R,espandent/Payor shall promptly
notify the i~part~ent of Health and R~ehabilitative Services of all chztnges in his or her
c~iling address, and all changes in Che n~ne and address of his or her c~nployer within
seven (7) days of such chan~e.
