expressed herein, they adopt and agree to the following:
WHEREAS, the said parties ~vere duly married to each other and have
lived together as man and .vife, and
~ WHEREAS, unhappy differences exist between said parties, by reason I
.vhereof they desire to live separate and apart from each other, and
WHEREAS, the said parties are desirous of entering into an agreement
' under ~vhich they may hereafter live separate and apart during their natural lives,
and under ~~hich fair and reasonable provisions shall be made for the division of
~ their property, all as hereinafter more particulariy set forth, be it mutually
~ agreed as follows:
