(1985) and Section 462(e) of the Tit1e IV-A of the Social
Security Act thae the Uepartment of Labor and Employment Security
sh~~ll deduct and withhold from the Unemployment Cor.?pensation
otherwis~,. payable to the Defendant 50~ of the Unemployment
Cotapensa~ic~n or the amount of child support as ordercd above
c~hichever equals the greater amount but does not exceed the court
ordered support amount.
7. Additionally, it is further oYdered that the
Respondent/Payor sh~~ll promptly notify the Clerk of Court of all
chanp,es in his or her ma~l~ing and residence ~ and all changes in
the name and address o~-~his or Aer employer within seven (7) days
of such change. ~
a. That this Court reserves jurisdiction for the
purpose of determining the amount:due from the Respondent to the
Petitioner, if any~ as reimbur$ement o~ past AFDC pay~ents
_ received by or on behalt o£ the b_~£ore-named child(ren).

unemployed~ 1~e/she shall seek employment and helshe shall
cooperate with the Degartment of Labor and Employment Services of
the ~taCe of ~'lorida and make rePorts to the Department of Health
and Rehabilitative Sezvi~es of the State of Florida, Child
Support Enforcement Unit, of his/her efforts to c*.~aintain
enployment, on a weekly basis.

The Couxt finds thar the Obligor has access at a
reasonable rate Co group heal.th insurance. It is thereupon
ordered and adjudged that said Obligor shall, in addition [o alI
other terms~ of this Order, provide health insurance for the

dependant under Florida law. The Obligor shall f ile proof of
said health insurance coverage in this file and send a copy to
all parties within IS days of the date o~ this ord~r. ~
