I, JAMES L. THOMAS, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and Codicils
heretofore made by me. ,
FIRST: I direct that all valid claims timely filed against my
~ estate, all costs of administration, including ancillary
adu~inistration and expense of safeguarding assets and delivering
bequests, and other proper charges against my estate, be paid out ~
of the assets of ~ny estate other than tangible personal propecty or
other assets which may be exempt from creditors' claims.
SECOND: I give and bequeath all my jewelry, clothing and other
personal effects, as well as all household goods, furniture,
furnishings,and appliances which I may own, to my brothers and
sisters, DONALD RAY THOMAS; EDNA DAVISON; LILLIAN TURNER; HAROLD B.
` THOMAS; JEAN SHEPPARD; MARGARET THOMAS and JOANN CARTER, in equal :

In the event that any of my brothers or sisters, other than
; DONALD RAY THOMAS, predeceases me, I di[ect that the share left to'

that brother or sister lapse and instead pass to the surviving

brothers and sisters in equal shares. In the event that my brother,
DONALD RAY THOMA5, predeceases me I direct that the share left to

~ him shall not lapse but instead shall pass to his wife, FRIEDA

THIRD: I give, dev.ise and bequeath the cest, residue and
remainder of my property, real and personal, wherever situate and
whether acquired before or after the execution of this Will, to my
