: In the event my brother, DONALD RAY THOMAS, predeceases me,
then I direct that said residue shall pass to his wife, ~RIEDA ,
= THOMAS and in the event both DONALD RAY THOMAS and FRIEDA THOMAS
predecease me then I direct that the residue pass to my niece,
CHARLENE THOMAS.

F'IFTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my brother,

~ DONALD RAY THOMAS, as Personal Representative of this, my Last Will
and Testament, to serve without bond. I exp~essly confer upon said
Personal Representative full authority and power to sell and convey
any part or all of said estate at public or private sale, with o=
without notice, as he may deem best and without any order of court.

I authorize and empoWer said Persor.al Representative to make good
and sufficient conveyances to any purchaser and to hold the
proceeds of any sale to the same use as hereinbefore declared in
the several items of this, my Will. I further hereby confer upon
said Personal Representative the authority and power to borrow
- money for the use of my estate in any instan~e where he may think
it necessary and proper, and to secure in mortgage or any othe'r-
form of security.
In the event my brother, DONALD RAY THOMAS, should die,
resign, be disqualified or unwilling or unable to act as my :
Personal Representative, whether before or after entering upon his:
duties, then I nominate, constitute and appoint my sister, EDNA .
: DAVISON, as Alt~rnate Personal Representative, to serve without
