IV.
I hereby nominate and appoint my niece, ROBERTA FORD, as my
personal representative of this my Last Will and Testament, with
full power to sell or dispose of any or all of my property, real,
personal or mixed of which my estate shall consist, and to make
and execute all instruments incidental to the proper conveyance
of said property, without being required to furnist~ bond or other
security for the faithful performance of her duties. If, for any
reason, the said ROBERTA FORD shall fail to qualify or cease to
act as my personal representative, then_and in either event, I
nominate and appoint RAYMOND FORD as my personal representative,
, with full powers as stated above to serve without bond.
