I, DORIS GELSO, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,A o
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my First Codicil to
my Last Will and Testament dated April 26, 1989. _
ARTICLE I
I give and devise such of my tangible personal property to
those persons designated in a Separate Writing, if any, in exis-
tence at the time of my death, which is signed by me and which
describes items and the devisees with reasonable certainty.
ARTZCLB II
I specifically give, devise and bequeath the house I am
purchasing in Hidden Pines, St. Lucie County, Florida, to my
niece, and her husband, ROBERTA FORD, or the survivor of them.
ARTICLE III
I hereby reconf irm the provisions of my Last Will and Testa-_
ment dated April 26, 1989 except as mQdified herein.
