FOURTH: In the event my son, BROWN LANIER JOHNSON~ fails
to survive me or if he fails to qualify as personal representative,
I nominate and appoint my son, ROBERT EMBRY JOHNSON, as personal
representative of this, my Last Will and Testament, giving and
granting said personal representative the same powers~ rights,
privileges and excuse from bond as hereinbefore set forth for my
son, BROWN LANIER JOHNSON.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
to this, my Last Will and Testament, at Fort Pierce, St, Lucie
County, Florida, this 11th day of August , 1983.

The foregoing instrument was signed, sealed, published and
declared by BESS T. JOHNSON in our presence, and acknowledged by
her to each of us, and she, at the same time, declared the fore-
going instrument as subscribed by her to be her Last j~ill and
Testament, and we, at her request, have signed our names as wit-
nesses thereunto, in her presence and in the presence of each
other, and have written opposite our na.mes our respective places
of residence.
