WHERSAS, on April 5, 1988, this Board adopted Re~olution No.
88-69 creating the Lakewood Park Municipal Service Benefit
Unit; and, accepting the preliminary assessment roll for the
Lakewood Park Municipal Service Benefit Unit which resolution was
recorded in Official Records Book 584 at page 003 in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and, _
WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 88-69 was amended on May 10,
1988, by Resolution No. 88-106, and recorded in Official Records
Book 586 at page 2023 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 88-69 was amended on May 1'7,
1988, by Resolution No. 88-138, and recorded in Official Records
Book 588 at page 2873 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 88-69 was amended on August 2,
