1~1EREAS. the St. Lucie County Port and Airport Authority has made
the following determination: '
1. On February 1. 1986. this Board adopted Resolution No. 88-02
which accepted the State of Florida Department of Transportation
Operations Joint Participation Agreement by the Fort Pierce Port and
~ Airport Authority, and authorized the Chairman of the Fort Pierce Port
, and Airport Authority to execute the Agreement, and further authorized
~ the County Attorney to execute the agreement by approving it as to

i form and correctness.

~ 2. On March 7, 1988, the Department of Transportation Operations
~
s and the Fort Pierce Port and Airport Authority entered into a Joint
~
Participation Agreement whereby the Department agreed to provide for
~ the undertaking of purchase airport use personal computer including
~
accessories. software and training (Work Program Item idumber 4829226).
3. On April 17, 1989, this 8oard adopted Resolution 89-12 which
accepted the State of Florida Department of Transportation Division of
~ Public Transportation Operations Supplementary Joint Participation

Agreement by the St. Lucie County Port and Airport Authority, and
~ authorized the Chairman of the St. ~ucie County Port and Airport
