Authority to execute the agreement. and further authorized the County
Attorney to execute the agreement bY approving it as to form and
correctness.
4. On June 30, 1989. the Department of Transportation Division
of Public Transportation Operations a~d the St. ~ucie County Port and
Airport Authority entered into a Supplementary Joint Participation
Agreement whereby the parties mutually agreed that the changes in
scope of the project is in their best interest.
5. The Department of Transportation Division of Public
Transportation Operations and the St. Lucie County Port and Airport
Authority have mutually agreed that the changes in scope of the
project is in their joint best interest,
6. This Authority should authorize and approve execution of the
Supplementary Joint Participation Agreement with the State of Florida
Department of Transportation in order to allow the necessary changes
in the scope of said project.
NOM, TFEREFORE, BE IT RESDLVED by t he St . Luc i e Count y Port and
Airport Authority:
A. This Authority, hereby authorizes and approves execution of
the Supplementary Joint Participa~ion Agreement with the Florida
Department of Transportation to provide for changes in tt~e scope of
the project which provided for the undertaking of purchase airport use
personal computer includin~ accessories, software and training.
B. The Chairman and the Clerk of this Authority are hereby
authorized to execute the Supplementary Joint Participation Agreement
approved by this reso2ution. and further. the County Attorney is
