ORDER OF SUPPORT
TNIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on the Petition of Petitioner,
_ Mary Jane Hidalgo, filed under Chapter 88, Florida Statutes, and the Respondent
having been served with sumnons and a copy of said Petition, and having appeared
before this court and there testified under oath, and the Court being duly ad-
vised in the premises, it is, therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJl1DGED that~the Respondent, Paul Hidalgo, shall pay the
sum of ~50.00 every two weeks for the support and maintenance of his min~r child-
ren, Steven Paul Hidalgo and Dennis Carl Hidalgo, together with the Clerk's fee
in the amount of ~2.00 beginning on Oecember 14, 1982 and the first and third
Tuesday of each month thereafter, which sum shall be paid to the Clerk Circuit
Court, Jackson County Courthouse, Narianna, Florida, in the form of cash, postal
money order~ cashiers check, or certified check, and the aforesaid Clerk shall
remit the money so collected to: Joe Stewart. Circuit Court Clerk, Courthouse,
Mayfield, Kentucky 42065, and file reports herein as required by law.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Respondent make payments in Lhe amount
of $50.00 on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, as directed above, until
the arrearage in the amount of ~3Q0.00 is cleared.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Respondent, Paul Hidalgo, shall immed-
iately notify the State Attorney's Office and the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
any change 1laddress.
