187.4 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue on ~
same line 93.7 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 10; ;
thence East 151.45 feet to the Southeast Corner of Lot
10; thence North along the East line of Lots 10 and 8, ~
91.80 feet; thence West 150.98 feet to the point of ,

`the Former Husband shall quit-claim any and all right, title and '
