~ a. If summer school is necessary for the child to pass to ~
,;the next grade, it must be attended. In the event of summer ~
`;school attendance, the summer vacation for non-custodial parent ~
;will be adjusted to commence after summer school. ~

Each parent is to keep the other parent advised at all times '
;;of the residence address and phone numbers while the children are ~
~ in their custody. Each parent is to notify the other parent ~
~ immediately {no later than six hours) of any emergency pertaining ~

i .:transportation costs in the event the Father wishes to remove the ;
~ i!minor children to the state in which he has relocated. ~
