relationship of the parties; and '

WHEREAS, the Former Husband and Former Wife ayree between +
! them on a full property settlement which shall obtain and be i

~ binding upon both parties hereto, their respective heirs, ~

~ executors, administrators and assiqns, and likewise, in the event i

of the death of the Former Husband and Former Wife; and

WHEREAS, the Former Iiusband and Former Wife respectfully j

represent and warrant to each other that each has carefully read +

and understands this entire Stipulation and Agreement is fully ~
! cognizant of the terms hereof and all matters affected by this j

Stipulation and Agreement, is being represented by counsel of her ~
~ or his own selection, and that all of the provisions hereof are s

~ ! for the best interests of the parties hereto, and have been ~
~ ~
mutually agreed upon between them without any coercion, duress or ~
~ '

! undue influence on the part of either of the parties as against j

~ ~ the other party hereto, and upon full disclosure of all :

properties owned by each or both of the parties hereto; and I

WHEREAS, it is fully understood and agreed by and between ;

Former Wife and has made no representation or given any advice of i
