a. If summer school is necessary for the child to pass to
' the next grade, it must be attended. In the event of summer
school attendance, the summer vacation for non-custodial parent
. will be adjusted to commence after summer school. ~
Each parent is to keep the other parent advised at all times j
of the residence address and phone numbers while the children are j
' in their custody. Each parent is to notify the other parent ~
immediately (no later than six hours) of any emergency pertaining ~ ~
to said child. i '

The Father shall be solely responsible for all '
°transportation costs in the event the Father wishes to remove the #
;~'minor children to the state in which he has relocated. ~
