BEFORE ME, the undersiqned authority, personally appeared JOHN
KITTS, who, being by me first duly sworn, on oath deposes and says:
1. That my name is John Ritts and I currently reside at 4026
Greenwood Drive, Fort pierce, Florida.
2. That I was married to the late Sophia Ritta, a/k/a Sophia
S. Ritts and owned real property located at 4026 Greenwood
Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, more fully described as:
Lot 14, Block 1, Greenwood, according to the plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 11, Paqe(s) 41 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, as tenants by the entirety,
until her death which occurred on December 19, 1987.
3. That we remained married to each other continuously from
a point in time prior to our acquisition of the aforesaid
property on May 2, 1979, until the date of my spouse~s
death.
4. FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NAUGHT.
