SATISFACTION OF MORT~AGE
KNOW ALL MEN BE THESE PRESENTS: That the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, an
Off icer of the United States of America, whose address is Department of Yeterans Affairs,
Washington, DC, 20420, holder and owner of that certain mortgage deed executed by Curtis B
Strawderman and Ethel A. Strawderman,his wife, to the Secretary of Veterans Affairs bearing
date the 25th day of Jariuary, A. D., 1963, recorded in Official Recor~s 8ook 55, Pages 360 to
363, inclusive, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St Lucie County, Florida,
has received full payment of said note and indebtedness, and does hereby adcnowledge full
satisfaction and cancellation of said note and mortgage, and hereby directs the Clerk of said
Circuit Court to cancel of record said mortgage deed.
IN WITt~SS WHEREOF, said Secretary of Veterans Affairs has caused these presents
to be executed in his name on this 12th day of January „ A. D., 1990, by the Assistant Loan
Guaranty Officer, hereunto c~ly authorized pursuant to sections 212 and 1520 of Title 38,
United States Code, and section 38 CFR 36.4221, 36.4342, and 36.4520, as amended, p~blished a~
45 Federal Register, page 21242, dated April 1, 1980, and who is authorized to execute this
instrument.
