shall and he is hereby ordcred to fozward said support payanents

Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 ,
Winewood Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. Each transmittal ~
check, or an accounting therefor, shall bear the name and social
security number of each respective Def endant/Father in order to
insure that he receives proper credit for same;. it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall and he is hereby ordered to continue to transmit support .

this Court or receipt of notice to discontinue payments from the
