DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

This cause came on for trial the 31st day of October, 1978,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
f inds and determines:• That~this Court has jurisdiction of the
- parties and sub~ect ffiattex of this suit; that the relationship
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved; It is,
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOI~JTION OF MARRIAGE . The marriage between ROBERT K.
ALIAN and CO~INIE JEAN ALI.AN, be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed froan the

; bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
~
~
' obligations arising therefrom.

~ , 2. CUSTODY. Custody of ROB~RT K. ALLAN, JR. , age 9 years,
~
~ MICHAEL SCOTT ALLAN, age 5 years, and JASOiN I~ITH ALLAN, age 3 years,
~
~ the minor children of the parties, is h~ereby awarded to CONNIE JEAN
~
~ ALLAN, with reasonable rights of visitation reserved to ROBERT K. ALLAN.
3. SUPFORT. Commencing on the lst day of November, 1978,
ROBERT K. ALLAN shall pay to CONNIE JEAN ALLAN, the sum of 14aenty-

Five ($25.00) Dollars per week per child for a total of Seventy-
Five ($75,00) Dollars per week for the support of the minor children

" named above. Each payment sha12 be made to the Clerk of this Court

~ and by him remitted promptly to C4NNIE JEAN ALLAN. In addition

there is heseby essessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be

~
~ added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be aoede
