in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ~
ordered to keep the Clerk of rhis Court advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect. ~
Durin the normal school ear, approximately late August through ~

tional supporQ for the minor children the sum of Fifteen ($15.00) ~

Dollars per week to assist the Wife in paying the expenses of private

schooling for the children. The Husband shall not be•responsible ~

none of the children attend private school, the Husband shall not ;

be responsible for this additional payment. :

4. PROPERTY: The Stipula tion and Property Settlement Agreement
admitted into ev idence is hereby incorporated h erein by reference '
and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
5. FEES AND COSTS. The Husband shall pay to the Wife's atto rney,
CHARIES J. DORFMAN, ESQ. , of the law f irm of SPENCER B. GILBERT, P. A. ,
the sum of $450.00 for his services rendered to the Wife in this
~ action, and costs in the amount of $37.50. The Husband shall pay
T~aenty-Five ($25.00) Dollars per month with the first payment to be
made on November 10, 1978, at th e offices of SPENCER B. GILBERT, P.A.,
and successive payments to be made at monthly intervals thereafter
on the lOth day of each and every month in the amount of lwienty-Five
($25.00) Dollars, until the entire balance of $487.50 hes been paid.
The Husband shall completely pay off any balance remaining w ithin
five days after the receipt of the proceeds from the sale of the
marital home .
b. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders aa may be proper.
