2. T'hat th~e Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby ordered to
~ntirn~e to tr~smit suflport payments received from tt~e Respondent to the Deparh~t of
Health and Rehabilitative Services tmtil further order of this Court to the cantrary or
receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payu~ents from the D'eParri~nt of Health ~d
Rehabilitative Services, in which event the su~port payments shall therea.fter be
directed and payable to the person t~aving custody of the child(ran).
3. That pvrsv~t to Sectivn 443.051, Florida Statutes (I985). and Secticm
462(e) of T`itle N A of the Social Security A~ct that the Departr~nt of I~bor and
Ea~lvyment Secvrity shall deduct and withttiold fr~om the tfieiploy.me~t C~oapensati.on
or.~eiwise payable to the Defendant 507 of the U~snploymait Cv~nsation or the a~mo~mt of
child support as ordered above, whichever equals the greater aurnutt but does not exceed
the cwrt ordered ~o~.azt. This thue~loyment Ca~ensatian deduction order shall be in
~ additicm to, ~t 3n lieu of. all other re~nedies provided herein or hereafter.
~ 4. Additiot~ally ~ it is fvrther ordered that the Respvnd~t/~ligor shall
promptly notify the Clerk of Co~~t of all ch~ges in his/her mailir~g ~d residence ~ and
all chartges in the n~e and address of hts/her e~loyer within seven (7) days of such
Ct'1~31~'P. .
5. This Caurt reserves jurisdiction for the purpose of dete~ninis~g the ~nrnmt
due fram the Res t to the Petitivner* if any~ as rei~urserent for past Ak~C
payme~ts received b~cn behalf of the before-n~ned child(ren) .
6. Ttiat the Obligor shall pay all attorney's fees amd administrative costs in
