_ THIS MATTER was heard oa tfie Wife's Petition for Temporary
' Itelief. The Court has considered the pleadings, testimony, other evidenc~e
and arguraents of couasel. It is thereupon;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. Commenciag upon the earlier of April 22, 1989, or the
Husband's next available pay period and on the same day of each aucceediag
Week thereafter, the Husband shall pay as temporary child support the sum
of Fifty Tt+o (i52.00) Dollars per week. Each payment shall be made to the
Clerk of this Court, plus Clerk fees. Counsel shall consult and prepare a
' Memorandum to Clerk, far execution by the Court.
2. The Husband shall be required to take the necessary
arrangements to pay the outstanding utility bill ahich is currently in his

name. The Husband shall be allowed fifteen (15) days from April 20, 1989

~ to take the necessary steps to insure that the utilities have been properly

~ connected in the marital daelling presently occupied by his Wife and ~inor
~ child.
