THIS CAUSE havinq come on for hearing on July 18, 1989
upon the Wife's Petition for Temporary Re~ief, and thF Court have
' ~
heard the tesrimony of the parties and arguments of counsel and
having been otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon ~
ORDERED AND AD.IUDGED as follows: ;
1. Temporary physicial ~esident custody of the
parties' minor child, CHRISTOPHER ALLFN TRIMBLE, shall continue +
to remain with the Wife, subject to reasonable rights of
visitatian reserved to the Husband. ~

2. Commencing an the 28th ddy of July, 1989, the
i
`i Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $25.00 per week for the
i ~
E tem orary support and maintenance of the
~ P parties' minor child, '
f CHRISTOPHER ~LLEN TRIMBLE, and ~uch payments shall continue on
Friday of each week thereafter. Each payment shall be made in

~ cash, money order or cashier's check tio the Clerk of this Coutt
~ as the Central Governmental Depository and by him promptly
~ remitted to the Wife. Zn addition, there is hereby ass~ssed the
~ re uired statuto
~ q ry costs to be added to each payment made to the
~
~ Clerk, Both parties shall promptly notify the Clerk of all

; changes in his or her mailing or residence address. and the
~
~ Husband shall pcomptly notify the Clerk of all changes in the
~
~ name ani! addrsss of his employer. The child support payments
r
~ ordered herein are subject to further Orders of this Court for
~
income deduction pursuant to Section 61,181, Florida Statutes.
