20. Leader in Possession. Upon acceltration under paragraph 19 or abandonment of the Property. Lender (by
judicially appointed ~eceiver) shall be entitled to enter upon. take posstssion of and mannge the Propeny and to collect the
rents of the Property including those past due. Any rents coilected by Leader or the receiver shall be applied first to
payment of the costs of management of the Property and coltection of rents. including, but not limited to, receiver's fees,
premiums on receiver's bonds and reasonable attorneys' fees, and then to the sums secured by this Security Instrument.
21. Retease. Upon payment of a11 sums securtd by this Security Instrument, I.endcr shall relcase this Security
Instrument without charge to Borsower. Borrower shail pay any recordation costs.
22. Attocaeys' Fees. As used in this Security Instrum~nt and the Note. "attorneys' fees" shall include any attorneys'
fees awarded by an appellate court.
23. Riders to this Security Iostrumeat. If one or more riders are executed by Borrower and recorded together with
